The counting of votes for the MLC elections held in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on February 27 will be held on Monday. Elections were held for 3 MLC seats in AP. The counting of votes began at 8 am. The counting of votes for uttarandhra teacher constituency has begun at Andhra University in Visakhapatnam. While the counting of votes for the graduate constituency of the two Godavari districts has begun at CRR Engineering College in Vatlur near Eluru, the counting of votes for krishna-guntur graduate constituency has begun at Guntur AC College. Earlier at 7 am, the officials opened the strong rooms in the presence of MLC candidates and their agents and brought the boxes to the tables at the counting centre. The ec has taken up the counting of votes as per schedule.

Counting of votes for three MLC seats in Telangana begins Hyderabad: The counting of
votes for three MLC seats in Telangana has begun today. The counting of votes for the MLC elections, which was held on February 27, began at 8 am on Monday. Counting of votes for Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda teacher constituency is underway at a warehouse in Nalgonda. Counting of votes for Karimnagar-Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad teacher's constituency and graduates' constituency began at Ambedkar Indoor Stadium in Karimnagar. Officials have set up counting centres in this regard.

35 tables were set up in Karimnagar and 25 tables in Nalgonda and the strong rooms were opened at 7 am by the authorities.
The polling boxes were then brought to the tables at the counting centre. The counting of votes began at 8 am. A total of 35 tables have been set up at the karimnagar counting centre. Of these, 21 tables will be used for counting of votes for graduates and 14 tables for counting of votes for teachers. Around 800 personnel will be involved in the counting of votes. In Nalgonda, 25 tables have been set up at the counting centre and the counting of votes has begun. A total of 350 personnel are participating in the counting of votes at the counting centre.

A total of 24,895 voters exercised
their franchise in Karimnagar-Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad teacher constituency. A total of 2,50,106 voters cast their votes in Karimnagar-Medak-Nizamabad-Adilabad graduates' constituency. As many as 24,139 voters exercised their franchise in the third MLC constituency in Warangal-Khammam-Nalgonda teachers' constituency. While the counting of teacher MLC votes is likely to take around 36 hours, the counting of graduate MLC votes is expected to take up to three days.
