This state has been home to daughters who have rightly carried forward its intellectual and cultural legacy. Femina Miss India Intercontinental 2017 Priyanka Kumari

Femina Miss India Intercontinental 2017 Priyanka Kumari, a model, is consistently making her mark in the modelling industry with her ever-confident strides. A mechanical engineer earlier, Priyanka has walked for prominent designers like Rina Dhaka and Poonam Soni at Bombay Times Fashion Week, Manish Malhotra, Kresha Bajaj and Bhumika Sharma as well as Gauri & Nainika at Lakme Fashion Week among others. Not to forget that she has also been a part of some really stunning brand campaigns such as those for The Summer House, Neve & Noor, Myntra, VRTT x Anantaa Diamonds and the Falcon Industry. She has also been featured on the cover of the fashion magazine Grazia India. Presently, Priyanka is an established face in the glamour world, featuring across runway and commercial modelling projects.

Femina Miss India Bihar 2018 Bhavna Jain, from a beauty queen, has evolved into a prominent digital content creator, known for her viral fashion, beauty and relationship-based reels. She has walked the runway for the famous designer Archana Kochhar and modelled for brands like Antara Jewellery.

Bhavna has also collaborated with leading brands such as Snapdeal Fashion, Samsung India, L’Oréal, Maybelline, Big Basket, Dyson, Snapchat, Garnier, Nykaa, Tira, Venus, Giva, CaratLane, Aurelia, Olay, Dove, Neutrogena and Listerine. Through her consistent digital presence and relatable content, Bhavna Jain has for sure established herself as a strong voice in the digital content creation space.

Shedding light upon her journey, Bhavna shared, “Femina Miss India didn’t just change my journey, it changed my perspective. The biggest gift it gave me wasn’t the stage but self-belief. It taught me that growth happens outside comfort zones, that grace under pressure and discipline behind the scenes truly define a queen and that becoming is far more powerful than simply winning.”

Femina Miss India United Continents 2019 Shreya Shanker boasts an impressive modelling portfolio, having walked at Lakme Fashion Week for designers and brands like Tarun Tahiliani, Neeta Lulla, Ritu Kumar, Archana Kochhar, SVA Couture, Jajaabor, Tahweave, Payal Singhal, Rocky Star, Marks and Spencer, Manish Kumar, Gauri and Nainika and Kalki Fashion. She has walked at some of the most prominent fashion weeks in the country such as the Delhi Times Fashion Week and Bombay Times Fashion Week. Shreya has also worked with brands like Max Fashion India, Marks & Spencer, Kaya Skin, Joyallukas and Toyota. Not to leave out her captivating modelling ventures with Manish Malhotra and Rimple and Harpreet.

A state-level rifle shooter, Shreya was listed at the 25th position in the Time’s 50 Most Desirable Women of India 2019. She has also been featured in shoots for Grazia India. Apart from her modelling venture, Shreya has also spoken at TEDxSBSC 5.0, an event organised by the students of Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi. She made her on-screen debut with her character Ariana in Amazon Prime’s series Dil Dosti Dilemma, followed by her lead role in MX Fatafat’s Naina: The Hunt. She has recently achieved another milestone by making her debut on the silver screen with her 2026 Marathi film Jabraat. Reflecting on her Femina Miss India days, Shreya Shanker shared, “Femina Miss India was more than a title for me, it was a turning point. It opened doors I had only dreamed of and gave me the courage and platform to step confidently into the entertainment industry. From discovering my voice to exploring acting, modelling and storytelling, it allowed me to pursue my true passions with purpose. The journey shaped not just my career but my character, teaching me resilience, grace and the responsibility that comes with representation. I’m deeply grateful to be a part of such an iconic legacy and I hope to continue making my own meaningful mark while carrying that legacy forward.
