Proud to Attend Republic Day Parade and President’s At-Home Event: TDP State Leader Madigani Gurunatham

Vijayawada: TDP state leader Madigani Gurunatham expressed immense pride in representing the Dalit community and participating in the 76th Republic Day celebrations in New Delhi. He also attended the At-Home reception hosted by President Droupadi Murmu at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Invited as a distinguished guest by the Union Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Gurunatham represented Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare at these prestigious national events.

On his return, Gurunatham was accorded a grand welcome at the Vijayawada Parliament Office and NTR Bhavan under the leadership of former Vijayawada Urban SC Cell President G.V. Narasimha Rao. TDP leaders, workers, and Dalit representatives organized a felicitation program to honor his achievement.

Speaking on the occasion, Gurunatham shared his pride in meeting President Droupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Indonesia’s President Prabowo Subianto, the chief guest at the Republic Day celebrations. He conveyed his greetings to them and expressed gratitude for the opportunity to represent his community on such a grand platform. He thanked the government and administrative machinery for recognizing his efforts in social movements and granting him this honor.

Prominent leaders who attended the felicitation included SC Cell District President Songa Sanjay Varma, senior TDP leader Vallabhaneni Narasimhapathi Chowdary, and others such as Abid Mirza, Dr. Sanket Vishwanath, Karanam Jagan Mohan Rao, Gorti Srinivasa Chakravarti, Natta Nageswara Rao, Kotteti Hanumantha Rao, Mohammed Irfan, Kaku Mallikarjuna Yadav, Firoz, Faizan, and Patamata Satish Chandra. Leaders and workers from SC, ST, BC, and minority associations also participated in the event.
