• When Modi ji became PM in 2014, India ranked 10th globally in economic strength.
• In 11 years, he has elevated India to the 5th position.
• As per IMF projections, India will surpass Japan this year to become the 4th largest economy, and will overtake Germany to become 3rd by 2027.
• Today, India has the right leader at the right time — PM Modi.
• His model of welfare, development, and empowerment has transformed India. 15 crore people have been lifted out of poverty.

Amaravati — The People’s Dream Capital:
• We started governance in 2014 without a capital.
• Amaravati, located on the sacred land of Amaralingeswara Swamy, the historic Satavahana capital, and a Buddhist spiritual hub on the Krishna riverbank, was chosen.
• Amaravati is not just a city — it is the emotional and aspirational identity of 5 crore people of Andhra Pradesh.
• It symbolizes self-respect, self-confidence, and the dreams of the people.
• In an unprecedented act, 29,000 farmers voluntarily gave 34,000 acres of land for the capital.
• When we envisioned a world-class capital, the succeeding government dismantled the effort.
• Farmers, farm laborers, and women waged a relentless struggle against the repression of that regime.
• Through this legal fight, Amaravati was kept alive by the courts.
• In the 2024 elections, the people gave a clear mandate — Amaravati is alive again!
• Within 10 months, we overcame hurdles and resumed Amaravati construction with Central support and PM Modi’s blessings.
• Today, PM Modi is restarting the capital works.
• We will build Amaravati so that every citizen proudly calls it “My Capital”.
• In 2015, the foundation stone was laid by PM Modi. That dream was disrupted. Today, work resumes through his hands again. Tomorrow, we wish that you will also inaugurate the completed Amaravati.
• Today alone, we laid foundation stones for 74 projects worth ₹49,000 crore.
• Additionally, 9 Central projects worth ₹5,028 crore were launched.
• 8 National Highways worth ₹3,680 crore have been inaugurated.
• 3 railway projects worth ₹254 crore have been dedicated to the nation.
• Altogether, 94 projects worth ₹57,962 crore related to Amaravati and Central support were launched today.
A World-Class Capital:
• Amaravati will be developed as a Blue-Green city with 30% green and water spaces. New townships will be part of the capital.
• PM Modi has given important suggestions for capital development — we will implement them.
• With Inner Ring Road, Outer Ring Road, and well-planned urban infrastructure, Amaravati will be a future-ready smart city. A Greenfield airport will enhance global connectivity.
• With global institutions, Amaravati will become a hub for health and education.
• We will implement Japan’s Miyawaki-style afforestation as suggested by Modi ji.
• All utilities will be delivered via viaduct systems, ensuring a green-energy, eco-friendly capital.
• Inland waterways, cycling tracks, district cooling systems, and walking paths will be introduced.
• XLRI Business School, Global Leadership Centre, and Ratan Tata Innovation Hub will be established.
Quantum Valley Vision:
• In 2023, the Government of India launched the National Quantum Mission.
• Inspired by Modi ji’s vision — just as America has Silicon Valley, we aim to make Amaravati a Quantum Valley.
• TCS, IBM, L&T and others are partnering in this journey along with the central government.
• Just as we built a high-tech city in Hyderabad with Vajpayee ji’s support, we will build Quantum Valley in Amaravati with Modi ji’s support.
Balanced Development Is Our Ideology:
• Not just the capital — we will develop every region across the 26 districts of Andhra Pradesh. We believe in decentralised development.
• From 2014 to 2019, we established central institutions across regions.
• With Central help, we will complete the Polavaram Project by 2027, and interlink rivers to irrigate every acre of land.
Visakhapatnam — Knowledge & Financial Capital:
• After our government returned, work on Bhogapuram Airport resumed.
• The Central government has announced an ₹11,440 crore revival package for Vizag Steel Plant.
• Tech giants like Google and TCS are coming to Visakhapatnam.
• A massive ₹1.43 lakh crore ArcelorMittal Steel Plant is being set up in Anakapalli district.
Rayalaseema on the Rise:
• We are focusing strongly on the backward Rayalaseema region and seeking Central support.
• We are requesting help from the PM to establish Defence institutions in Rayalaseema and a High Court bench in Kurnool.
• In the Lepakshi-Orvakal Corridor, we will develop Aerospace, Automotive, Drone Cities, and Green Energy projects.
• A BPCL Refinery is coming up in Ramayapatnam.
• Tirupati will be expanded as the largest spiritual hub and a Steel Plant will be established in Kadapa.
• The Kopparthi and Orvakal Industrial Nodes have already received Central funds.
• We are working with a vision for the people of the state — with your support, we will realize Swarnandhra (Golden Andhra).
• You laid the foundation for NTPC projects in Vizag, restarted Amaravati today — tomorrow, we request you to inaugurate Rayalaseema projects too.
