The horror film Eesha has quietly put up solid numbers. Backed by consistent promotions, it clocked 40.66K tickets on BookMyShow in the last 24 hours. For a film without star power, that count stands out and suggests decent audience interest.
Champion edges ahead in ticket sales. The Roshan Meka starrer has had the advantage of industry backing and visibility around its release, which seems to be reflecting in its numbers. The film sold around 45.58K tickets on BookMyShow over the same period.
Both films are now heading into the weekend phase, which should give a clearer picture of how well this early traction converts into box office collections
