Visakhapatnam: Chief secretary K.S. Jawahar Reddy has asked heads of various departments to implement the assurances given by Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy to people at various places in the state.
He held a meeting with senior officials in this regard in the secretariat on Monday.
The CS said he has reviewed the CM’s assurances to people during Jagan’s visits to districts. Out of 443 assurances given by the Chief Minister, 123 have been resolved and 224 are pending with various departments. Around 24 are to be updated and 72 are pending with the finance department.
Jawahar Reddy asked officials to speed up the process and implement the assurances made by the CM at the earliest Special secretary (Finance) S.S. Rawat, irrigation secretary Sasibhushan Kumar, roads and buildings secretary Pradyumna, CMO secretary Revu Mutyala Raju, and additional secretary Bharat Gupta were among the senior officials present at the meeting
