The demand for green energy is expected to increase in the coming days and there will be huge job opportunities in the sector. As part of this, Nara Lokesh focused on green skill development.
As green energy is one of the major sectors focused on by the Andhra Pradesh government, the aim is to create a total of 7.5 lakh jobs from this sector. Minister Nara Lokesh says that in view of the popularity of the renewable energy sector across the globe, ap wants to become a hub for green talent. "We have entered into agreements with Suzlon Energy and Svaniti to focus exclusively on green skill development. Nara Lokesh hoped that the youth of Andhra Pradesh would get wide employment opportunities.A large amount of investment is coming into AP in the non-conventional energy sector. Companies like Adani and Reliance are investing thousands of crores of rupees. In this order, there will be a good demand for jobs in the respective sectors. Lokesh launched the Green Skill Development Programme to enable the youth of AP to take advantage of those opportunities. These two institutes not only provide large-scale training but also provide job opportunities.
The AP government has set a target of creating 20 lakh jobs in five years. As part of this, it is attracting huge investments. Apart from TCS, Google has also announced that it will set up its campuses in Visakhapatnam. Hcl has decided to expand its campus in Vijayawada further. Manufacturing industries are trying to bring them to Rayalaseema in a big way. Efforts are being made to provide manpower to the coming industries through skill development.
