Coimbatore: Andhra Pradesh has positioned itself as a prime destination for industries and investors, said State Education, IT, and Electronics Minister Nara Lokesh during his visit to Coimbatore.
The Minister, who was given a warm reception at the airport by Tamil Nadu BJP leader Amar Prasad Reddy and members of the Telugu community, later met with local industrialists. Addressing them, he highlighted the state’s investor-friendly environment and infrastructure.
“The state government is implementing single-window clearances, faster approvals, and investor-friendly policies to encourage industrial growth. Once entrepreneurs bring a detailed project report, we take full responsibility from approvals to completion,” the Minister said.
He pointed out that Andhra Pradesh offers extensive air, water, and road connectivity, strengthening its position as a logistics hub under the leadership of the Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu.
According to the Minister, several national and international companies have already come forward to invest in the state, encouraged by the favorable policies and infrastructure in place. He urged industrialists in Coimbatore and across the country to consider Andhra Pradesh as their next investment destination.
