CM lays foundation  and inaugurates development works at Agastya Academy in Kuppam
Students must develop  innovative thinking: CM

Kuppam:Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu opined that development is possible only when students started thinking innovatively. He said that  the State Government is taking  steps to support those with innovative thinking and urged the youth to make the best use of these opportunities.
As part of his three-day tour, the Chief Minister  arrived in  Kuppam Assembly constituency today and  inaugurated the Teacher Training Centre at the Agastya Educational Academy campus in Gudipalli mandal. The Agastya Educational Academy has set up the Teacher Training Centre to train 5,000 teachers and school leaders every year. He  inspected the training facilities at the academy and enquired about the details of the training programmes.
The Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone for the Learners’ Accommodation Facility Centre within the academy campus. At the same campus, the Chief Minister also laid  foundation  for the Oberoi Visitors’ Centre.
Later, the Chief Minister met students at the academy’s auditorium. Sitting among the students, he watched a video presentation on the academy’s programmes and the training being imparted to students in science and technology. He then interacted with the students.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said students must change their way of thinking—the future belongs to students. The state government established the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub to create opportunities for innovations and startup companies.
Students must also increase their awareness of how future India will shape up. They should observe the development programmes being undertaken in the state and the opportunities being provided by the government.
The Chief Minister said that he is  bringing all kinds of technologies to Kuppam. Through the Handri–Neeva project, we have brought water up to Kuppam and are taking steps to ensure water security. Representatives of the Agastya Academy should think innovatively about water conservation. Let us take up a pilot project on water conservation and efficient water use in Kuppam,” the Chief Minister said.
