    CM attends 36 meetings, interacts with several global industry giants 
    Global industry giants looking towards India: CM

    Davos:Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu stated that the Davos World Economic Forum platform is  useful to understand the changing trends in the global industrial sector and the perspectives of industrial giants worldwide. He said the visit is more useful to promote branding of Andhra Pradesh on global platform. 
    The Chief Minister revealed that, as a result of discussions during the 2025 Davos visit Andhra Pradesh attracted investments worth Rs 2.50 lakh crore.
    During the Davos summit, Tata Sons Chairman N. Chandrasekaran met  Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu and  enquired about  Davos visit outcomes. Responding to this, the Chief Minister explained that through various meetings in last  three days, the state’s achievements in key sectors such as green energy, technology, artificial intelligence, agriculture, and tourism were effectively presented.
    The Chief Minister said that now global corporate giants are showing increased interest in India. He expressed the view that due to youth power, effective leadership, and investor-friendly policies, opportunities for establishing companies across all sectors in India have increased  significantly.
    On this occasion, Tata Sons Chairman N. Chandrasekaran shared the views of global industry leaders across various sectors and his own experiences . Discussions were held on the progress of the TCS Development Centre in Visakhapatnam, the proposed Quantum Valley in Amaravati, and the solar power projects proposed in Kurnool.
    Chandrasekaran stated that officials from Tata Trusts would be deputed to hold detailed discussions on programmes to be taken up through the Ratan Tata Innovation Hub. The Chief Minister urged the Tata Group to expedite the tourism projects being undertaken in the state. He also informed that plans are being prepared for the construction of three Sports Cities in Andhra Pradesh and requested the Tata Group to explore investment opportunities in this sector. Chandrasekaran assured full cooperation  for  completion of the projects launched by Tata Group.
    After completing the four-day Davos tour, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu left Davos and scheduled to arrive in Hyderabad on Friday morning.
    During the four-day Davos visit, the Chief Minister attended over 36 meetings. He participated in three meetings with representatives from Israel, the UAE, and Switzerland. At the World Economic Forum venue, the Chief Minister met 16 global industrial leaders, including Arcelor Mittal Chairman Lakshmi Mittal, Google Cloud CEO Thomas Kurian, and IBM CEO Arvind Krishna. He also attended more than nine sessions and meetings.
    The Chief Minister stated that the World Economic Forum was instrumental in assessing the effectiveness of various policies being implemented in the state to further promote Andhra Pradesh brand globally.
    During his visit, the Chief Minister interacted closely with Telugu people living in Europe, boosting their confidence through Telugu diaspora programmes. On the sidelines of the Davos summit, he also gave exclusive interviews to national and international media organizations.
