*Top Priority to Data Analytics Across All Departments*

*CM Chandrababu Naidu Reviews Government Schemes and Services*

*Amaravati, May 19,2025:* Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced that surprise inspections could begin anytime after June 12 across the state. On Monday, he reviewed the implementation of state government schemes and various public services at the Secretariat. The CM is reviewing public feedback weekly across four departments. This week, he examined feedback on Ration, Deepam, APSRTC, and Panchayat services. Feedback was collected through IVRS and QR code systems.

He discussed the public opinions with the Chief Secretary and CMO Secretaries. With the coalition government nearing its one-year mark, the CM stressed the need for complete satisfaction in all departments regarding public service delivery. While some departments have improved, services like RTC still need significant quality enhancement, he noted.

On the Deepam 2 scheme, the CM announced that the subsidy amount for three LPG cylinders given annually to beneficiaries will be credited in advance in one go. Beneficiaries can claim the cylinders as needed, but the government will ensure the entire amount is credited upfront. He made it clear that no agency or intermediary should collect any additional money from beneficiaries.

    *Feedback on Ration Distribution:*

When asked if they received ration items this month, 74% of respondents said yes, and 76% rated the quality as good. West Godavari district topped in satisfaction regarding ration distribution and quality. In response to whether delivery agents demanded money during gas delivery, 62% said no. However, issues remain in some areas, and the CM suggested directly crediting amounts to beneficiaries’ accounts to resolve them.

On APSRTC services, the CM noted that public satisfaction was below expectations. He instructed officials to work more effectively. He highlighted dissatisfaction with drinking water and toilet facilities at bus stations — with 44% and 55% of respondents respectively expressing discontent. These shortcomings must be addressed promptly.

Regarding Panchayat services, 60% confirmed that household waste is being collected regularly. The CM noted that garbage collection in rural areas has improved compared to the past. He announced that DWCRA women would soon be entrusted with handling wet waste management and compost production.

*Importance of Data Analytics in Governance:*

The CM stressed that data analytics is crucial for improving government services. It allows departments to evaluate their performance from the ground level. Proper analysis of public feedback can bring transformative changes in service delivery. If dissatisfaction arises over a particular scheme or program, officials must identify the reasons and respond accordingly. He instructed senior officials in all departments to use analytics tools to enhance their respective services.

*500 Services on WhatsApp Governance by June:*

Currently, 325 services are being delivered through WhatsApp Governance. Since the launch of "Mana Mitra" on WhatsApp, 4.5 million people have used these services successfully. The target is to expand to 500 services by June 12, and preparations are underway.

Regarding the proposed Drone City, it will be established on 300 acres in the Orvakal Industrial Node. Phase 1 will cover 116 acres, and 38 companies have already expressed interest in partnering. The Detailed Project Report (DPR) is ready, and the tendering process will be completed by June 12
