Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu has called upon devotees to perform Srivari Seva on a voluntary basis in all temples across Andhra Pradesh. Naidu on Monday reviewed the functioning of the revenue, agriculture, civil supplies, health, transport, fire service and endowments departments at the RTGS facility in the Secretariat. He said, “There is a need to appoint local volunteers in all the temples to serve as Srihari Sevaks. A list of such volunteers must be prepared. Several devotees are ready to serve the god. They would come forward to do so. We should encourage such people to serve the lord as is already being done in Srisailam.
