 Governor of Andhra Pradesh  S. Abdul Nazeer addressed the joint session of Andhra Pradesh Legislature on the eve of Budget Session on Wednesday. On his arrival at the Assembly premises, Governor Abdul Nazeer was welcomed by Chief Ministers  Nara Chandrababu Naidu, Chairman of AP Legislative Council Sri Koyye Moshenu Raju, Speaker of AP Legislative Assembly Chintakayala Ayyannapatrudu, Finance Minister Sri Payyavula Kesav.
