Make elaborate arrangements by mobilising a large number of women folks :KTR

Warangal: To mark the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8, Municipal Administration and Urban Development minister K.T. Rama Rao is likely to visit Thorrur mandal where he will participate in various developmental works, informed the Panchayat Raj minister Errabelli Dayakar Rao.

After inspecting the helipad, public meeting and parking places, the minister chaired a review meeting with the officials of the various concerned departments and with public representatives in the Mission Bhagiratha guest house here in Mahbubabad district on Sunday.

Speaking on the occasion, Dayakar Rao said that after laying the foundations stones for various developmental works, K.T.Rama Rao would participate in a public meeting. He ordered the officials concerned to prepare a list of funds required for carrying out various developmental works in the region and asked the public representatives to make elaborate arrangements by mobilising a large number of women folks from surrounding villages to make the meeting a huge success.

The minister also ordered the police department to make tight security arrangements in view of KTR tour and at the meeting venue where he is going to hand over sewing machines to the women of Self-Help Group members.

District collector K.Shashanka, SP Sharath Chandra Pawar, DRDO Sanyasaiah, Executive Engineer of Roads and Buildings department Thaneshwar, Municipal EE Ranjith and RDO Ramesh were also present on the occasion
