Delhi: Andhra Cricket Association (ACA) President and Vijayawada MP Kesineni Sivanath met with Delhi Capitals CEO Sunil Gupta on Monday at the GMR Group office in Delhi. The meeting focused on the designation of Visakhapatnam Stadium as the home ground for Delhi Capitals and the arrangements for the two IPL matches scheduled for March 24 and March 30.
Discussions also covered the development of the ACA-VDCA Stadium, expansion of facilities, and ensuring a seamless experience for teams and spectators. ACA President Kesineni Sivanath expressed gratitude to Delhi Capitals management for selecting Visakhapatnam as their home venue and allocating two matches to the city.
The two matches at Vizag Ground will feature Delhi Capitals vs. Lucknow Super Giants on March 24 and Delhi Capitals vs. Sunrisers Hyderabad on March 30. Various aspects of match organization and logistics were reviewed during the discussion.
The meeting was attended by ACA Secretary and Rajya Sabha MP Sana Satish, along with Vishal Arora, Gautam Grover, and Gaurav.
