Always serve the people of Mangalagiri : Minister Nara Lokesh

Mangalagiri, 20 Dec: Education and IT Minister Nara Lokesh said he has always been, and will continue to be, in the service of the people of Mangalagiri. He participated as the chief guest in the re-dedication prayer ceremony of Krupa Samajam’s Krupa Pranganam at Atmakur limits on Tenali Road in Mangalagiri. He inaugurated the renovated premises and special prayers were held on the occasion.

Speaking at the programme, Lokesh said the reconstruction and reopening of Krupa Pranganam brought him great joy. He said God sometimes puts people through tests, but also gives them the strength to overcome them. He said Krupa Samajam too faced such a test and Pastor Bethu Vivek was blessed with the resolve to overcome it, leading to the successful rebuilding of the facility within seven months.

Lokesh said that though religions may differ, unity among people is essential. He urged everyone to help those around them during the Christmas season, stating that collective effort is necessary to solve community problems. He recalled that he too faced a test in 2019 and was given strength to overcome it. He said community halls and cremation grounds are being developed in Mangalagiri and reaffirmed his commitment to continue serving the people.

He later cut a Christmas cake and conveyed festive greetings to the Christian community. New clothes were presented to pastors on the occasion.

Pastor Bethu Vivek, Bethu Prashanth, K Vijay, Padmasali Corporation Chairman Nandam Abbadayya, APMSIDC Chairman Chillapalli Srinivasa Rao, TDP Parliamentary leader Potineni Srinivasa Rao and others participated.
