Andhra Pradesh’s Education Reforms Shine at the AI Conclave

At the prestigious AI Conclave being held in New Delhi, Union Minister for Education, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship Shri Dharmendra Pradhan and Secretary, Ministry of Education, Sri Sanjay Kumar, I.A.S., visited the special stall set up by the Andhra Pradesh School Education Department on Thursday. On this occasion, Commissioner of School Education Sri Vijay Rama Raju V., I.A.S., briefed the dignitaries about the education reforms being implemented in Andhra Pradesh and the digital learning opportunities being provided to students. Samagra Shiksha State Project Director Sri B. Srinivasa Rao, I.A.S., explained the progress being achieved at the field level.

The Union Minister appreciated the innovative initiatives introduced by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, including PAL Labs, the Mid-Day Meal Programme, Clicker, Guaranteed FLN, Chatbot services and the AI enabled Face Recognition System. Officials from several states visited the stalls, observed the education reforms being implemented in Andhra Pradesh, and appreciated how these reforms are being integrated with AI. They expressed interest and stated that they would visit Andhra Pradesh soon.
