BJP State President and MP Daggubati Purandeswari Visits Central London

During her visit to Central London, BJP Andhra Pradesh State President and Member of Parliament Smt. Daggubati Purandeswari paid floral tributes at the statue of Mahatma Gandhi located in Tavistock Square Gardens, as part of an all-party Indian parliamentary delegation.

Key Highlights of the Visit:

Purandeswari paid solemn homage at the Mahatma Gandhi statue, honoring his global legacy of peace and nonviolence.

The all-party Indian delegation recalled Gandhi's firm stance: “Even in the absence of a complete universal standard, terrorism must be unequivocally condemned in every instance.”

The delegation emphasized that terrorism is a global issue, and it is imperative that all nations unite to combat it decisively.

Purandeswari mentioned that in every country visited, the delegation has been interacting with Indian diaspora communities, explaining Pakistan’s terror-related activities and the importance of exposing such actions on global platforms.


The visit reinforced India’s commitment to peace and the continued relevance of Mahatma Gandhi’s message in addressing modern global challenges like terrorism.
