CM Chandrababu infused new energy into real estate sector : MP Sivanath

Vijayawada, January 10, : The CREDAI Property Show was inaugurated at Vijayawada’s A Convention Centre in the presence of Minister Narayana, MP Kesineni Sivanath (Chinni), and MLAs Bode Prasad and Gadde Rammohan.

MP Kesineni Sivanath, Minister Kollu Ravindra, and MLAs Bonda Uma Maheswara Rao, Bode Prasad, and Gadde Rammohan visited the stalls set up at the event.

Speaking on the occasion, Kesineni Sivanath emphasized Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu’s efforts to resolve the issues faced by construction workers. He credited CM Chandrababu and Minister Narayana for introducing reforms that have infused new energy into the state’s real estate sector.

Minister Narayana announced that key reforms and simplified rules for building and layout approvals have been implemented, ensuring a boost to the real estate industry. He also highlighted the recent government orders (GOs) aimed at making the approval process easier and more business-friendly under the "Speed of Doing Business" initiative.

MP Kesineni Sivanath remarked that these reforms and decisions have accelerated growth in the real estate sector, benefiting builders, developers, and the public. Minister Narayana called the new GOs a Sankranti gift to the real estate industry and the people of the state.
