Officials asked to ensure faster and efficient delivery of services as part of Speed of delivering Governance

Amaravati:Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu directed all government departments to prepare clear performance indicators to ensure faster and more efficient delivery of services to citizens as part of the “Speed of Delivering Governance” initiative. He emphasized that the ten principles formulated to achieve the goals of Swarna Andhra–2047 should be implemented as ten focused missions.
The Chief Minister reviewed the progress and implementation of Swarna Andhra–2047 and the ten principles with nodal officers of various departments at the Secretariat today. He instructed officials to design a robust mission framework and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve departmental efficiency and outcomes.
As part of the Zero Poverty Mission, the Chief Minister stressed advancing the P4  approach and monitoring its implementation through Vision Monitoring Units. He stated that the core objective of this mission is to ensure empowerment of every family and provide economic security to individuals. 
The Chief Minister also instructed officials to formulate a comprehensive Population Management Policy. He underlined that skills development and employment generation must be treated as top priorities.
 
The Chief Minister emphasized the need to widely disseminate information related to the ten principles among the public. Highlighting water security as a key mission, the Chief Minister called for efficient utilization of water resources and regular water audits.
 
The Chief Minister also stressed the use of technology to reduce agricultural input costs. He called for a focus on demand-driven crop production, cold chain infrastructure, and food processing to ensure better returns for farmers. 

The Chief Minister directed that the logistics sector be strengthened to significantly reduce transportation costs in the state. He called for the preparation of a Logistics Master Plan covering roads, railways, inland waterways, sea cargo, air cargo, and cold chain infrastructure.
He also emphasized reducing electricity and fuel costs and suggested adopting a producer–consumer-based approach. Citing  Araku Coffee as a successful example of branding achieved through focused promotion the Chief Minister stressed on product perfection.
As part of Swachh Andhra, he called for promoting a circular economy and maintaining the highest standards of air and water quality.
