CM to participate in 3 lakh massive house warming ceremony
AMARAVATI: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will launch a massive house warming ceremony through out the state from Devagudipalle village of Rayachoti manal in Annamaiah district tomorrow. As part of it the Chief Minister will launch the house warming ceremony virtually throughout the state.
The NDA government as part of election manifesto promise completed three lakh houses in 17 months and now handing over the keys to three lakh beneficiaries. Under PM Awas Yojana 2,28,034 houses, PMAY Grameen 65,292 houses, PMAY Janman scheme 6866 houses totaling 3,00,192 houses were completed. The free sand policy of NDA government also helped for speedy construction of houses.
The NDA government committed to provide houses to poor and as part of it constructed three lakh houses in 17 months time. It may be noted that during previous TDP regime 8 lakh houses were constructed. While the previous government cancelled 4.73 lakh houses and failed to release funds to 2.73 lakh beneficiaries, the NDA government cleared the dues and completed the construction of houses.
Ministers and MLAs will participate in the massive house warming ceremony in their respective constituencies throughout the state tomorrow.
